LOVE THYSELF
First thing in the morning, drink a full glass of water and get your morning sunshine (even if it is foggy out sunlight is getting thru, your body uses it to regulate your sleep/wake cycle). Take this time to GROUND IN GRATITUDE, set intentions for the day, tap into natures vibratory energy field, listen to the trees and for birdsong.
Practice saying nice things to yourself, about yourself. Example: place one hand on heart, the other on lower abdomen, Say “I love you body. what do you need? I’m here for you.” Body feels those thoughts and softens.
Compile a FEEL GOOD playlist that helps you de-stress and play it often. Music heals. Bob Marley’s “Three Little Birds” , Sam Cooke’s “This Little Light of Mine” , and Jason Mraz “Wise Woman” always lift me up.
Foot Massage before bed. A 10 minute act of RADICAL SELF RESPECT. Nightly is ideal, 3-4 times a week will make a noticeable difference. Benefits include better sleep cycles, less waking at night, less day time anxiety, improved circulation and it also aids in digestion. Start with washed feet, massage in your favorite oil or lotion.

EAT YOUR MUSHROOMS
Eating mushrooms daily improves cognitive function, aids in brain and gut health, and supports a healthy immune system. Mushrooms are a nutrient rich superfood.
Rainbow Grocery Co-op has an excellent selection. Lions mane, Turkey tail, Shiitake, Maitake, Reishi, Oyster mushroom, just to name a few.
Read Fantastic Fungi by Paul Stamets for more information (it has also been made into a movie).
